Our children's and youth training is more than just sport – it's a journey where children and teenagers surpass themselves. From the first movements in playful children's training to controlled sparring in adolescence: with us, young people develop body awareness, self-confidence, discipline and inner strength – always age-appropriate, motivating and accompanied with great passion.

In our high-energy Kung Fu training, you'll learn to get to know your body better and develop strength, endurance, and flexibility – in a way that suits you. Step by step, you'll learn how to protect yourself effectively, use your energy wisely, and boost your self-confidence.
Under the guidance of experienced trainers, you will practice targeted defense techniques, train in pairs, and apply what you have learned directly on the punching bag or standing sandbag.
Kung Fu means "hard work"—and that's exactly what makes you stronger. You develop patience, perseverance, and discipline while training with joy and fun. Respectful interaction and a positive group experience are always central.
Ideal for all children who want to push themselves beyond their limits and discover new things both physically and mentally.
Trial training
The following classes are suitable for a trial training session in Kung Fu or Thai boxing.
