Generally
By registering for a camp/retreat at the Chin Woo Martial Arts School Uster, the participant agrees to all of the following points and conditions. Participation in a camp or retreat incurs costs, which must be paid in full by the participant no later than one month before the start date. Payment in cash is possible by prior arrangement with the camp/retreat organizers.

Adult:
– CHF 190.- (per night*)
– CHF 890.- (entire camp)
– CHF 1,590.- (Combi-Camp)

– CHF 80.- (flat rate for early arrival*)
– CHF 80.- (flat rate for later departure*)

– CHF 205.- (per night*)
– CHF 990.- (external students, entire camp)
– CHF 1,790.- (external students Combi-Camp)

– CHF 90.- (flat rate for early arrival*)

– CHF 90.- (flat rate for later departure*)

Arrival from 12 noon, departure by 12 noon the following day. Earlier arrival or later departure possible for a flat fee.

Performance
The price includes accommodation with overnight stays in shared rooms, various training offers, instructors, and ample food.

Registration deadline
There is no registration deadline. The castle can accommodate 30 people. The number of available places can be checked at any time on the website or by contacting the camp organizers.

Payment terms
Payment is due upon registration and must be transferred to the account no later than one month before the start of the camp. For a combined camp, the total amount is due one month before the first camp. All bank details, including the QR code for the transfer, will be sent with the confirmation email. NO separate invoice will be sent. The email serves as the invoice. Payment can also be made in cash by prior arrangement with the camp organizers.

Cancellation & Change Conditions
By registering, you agree to pay for the booked service. Cancellation or changes to your booking may incur costs. We recommend taking out travel insurance (for a fee) when registering.

25% of the costs will be charged for cancellations or reductions in bookings 6 months prior to the start date.
80% of the costs will be charged if you cancel or reduce your booking 3 months before the start date.
Cancellations or changes to participation in the camp must be submitted in writing to the Chin Woo School Uster.

Insurance coverage
Participants are responsible for their own necessary insurance and travel insurance. For minors, we also require written confirmation for any excursions outside the castle, such as swimming, hiking, jogging, etc. This confirmation must be submitted to the organizers before the camp/retreat begins.

The organizer
If the organizer (Chin Woo Martial Arts School Uster) is unable to hold the camp, the fees paid will be fully refunded.
